Your health journey,

together.

Physical and psychiatric illness are journeys no one chooses—and few are prepared for. These paths can be disorienting, unpredictable, and deeply isolating, not only for those experiencing them, but also for the people who love and care for them.

Our current healthcare system often adds to the burden, making it difficult to feel seen, heard, or supported during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

“SAHA” means together in Sanskrit. SAHA Health was created with this spirit at its core. We believe that healing begins with time, presence, and compassionate communication. Our mission is to walk alongside our patients—offering thoughtful, individualized care that empowers, informs, and honors the whole person.

Dr Sophia Dube, a board certified psychiatrist, and Dr Akanksha Sharma, a board certified palliative care specialist, founded this practice to provide holistic care to individuals suffering emotionally and/or physically.

SAHA Health is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency—or if you are at risk of harm to yourself or others—please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent mental health support, you may also contact the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, available 24/7. Our practice is intended for non-urgent, scheduled care only. We do not provide crisis intervention services.
